July 2019 2918 Four stroke fans will be excited to hear KTM has released two new 2020 models, the new 350 XCF-W and 500 XCF-W. Both models are based off of the popular EXC-F 350 and 500. The XCF-W's receive the same chassis upgrades as the other models in the lineup including a s ffer frame and a longer subframe. Along with the EXC-F model lines most recent upgrades such as lighter engine cases, forged Pankl trans- mission gears, shorter exhaust system, and selectable maps. Both models feature WP Xplor 48-mm front fork and rear shock suspension. Brakes are provided by Brembo with wave discs. The 350 XCF-W receives a redesigned cylinder head and cranksha , as well as a shorter piston and cylinder, decreasing weight along with an increase in compression. The 500 XCF-W is fi ed with a new König piston, a lighter cylinder and tanium intake valves. New rocker arm, camsha , and clutch covers are also included in the upgrades. These im- provements are apparent when placed on the scale with 350 XCF-W weighing in at 232 lbs. The 500 XCF-W could be considered a featherweight (for a big bore) at 235 lb. Both XCF-W models have also been remapped for slightly more aggressive power. KTM Off-Road Four Strokes are back for 2020!
