NETRA Hare Scramble Series Round 3, Tuxedo Ridge Hare Scramble May 4th, 2013 Unusually dry conditions greeted the riders and fans at Round 3 of the NETRA Hare Scramble Series in Tuxedo, NY. The absence of mid-Spring moisture left the slopes and side trails of the Tuxedo Ridge Ski Area a loose mixture of sand and gravel, making traction difficult. 6 Trail Rider With Dylan Corcoran grabbing the hole shot, the field was left to choke on his dust. The parched conditions did little to deter Series Champion Jason Klammer as he motored through the AA line after a first corner crash. About half way through the first lap, Dylan Macritchie had worked his way through the crowd with Klammer in tow. At some point during the second lap, Klammer moved past Macritchie and never looked back. Macritchie kept Klammer somewhat honest throughout most of day before being distanced towards the end of the race. www.TrailRider.com
