28 Trail Rider www.TrailRider.com Zowa Goggles Zowa Goggles Expand Your Vision Expand Your Vision By Kurt Flachbart By Kurt Flachbart We've been running a unique form of eye protec on design for over a handful of years now and thought it was high me to give them just due. Zowa Op cs Visor Goggle is an en rely different take on goggle design. A clean sheet if you will. Unlike tradi onal goggles that have been unchanged for literally decades, Zowa goggles seal under your eyes like a tradi onal goggle, and the top sealing surface seats on the helmet instead of the forehead. Where Zowa really shines is with a much larger Lexan lens or "windshield" so to speak, there's a much larger increase in peripheral vision. As a rider and racer who's blind in one eye, as you could expect, peripheral vision is of utmost importance, and the increased field of vision is greatly appreciated. For those who wear glasses, Zowa Op cs goggles are OTG compa ble, fi ng perfectly over glasses. Zowa's are also tear-off compa ble. As for woods riding and racing, I flat-out love them. The increased field of vision is no ced immediately, and they are highly resistant to fogging. I've been running Quick Straps for years to deal with fogging issues in slow going and found there's no need. We've also worn Zowa goggles during ADV riding and even snow bike adventures. They vent so well heated shields are no longer needed. For more informa on visit www.zowaop cs.com
