Bars are Pro Taper "Carmichael" low bend in silver
with a ZRT Zero Resistance Thro le tube.
As for brakes, Zach disassembled the calipers,
cleaned them in an ultrasonic tank, and rebuilt
them along with the master cylinders. New Venhill
brake lines were fastened with Pro Circuit banjo
bolts. Hammerhead Designs forged brake and shi
levers dressed the foot controls.
A Magura HYMEC (Hydraulic/Mechanical) hydraulic
clutch replaced the cable-actuated unit.
TM Designs chain rollers guide the new Regina
chain and an Acerbis chain guide replaced the
stocker.
For the rolling stock, Zach went with Warp 9 Elite
wheelsets complete with rotors.
A DDC rear sprocket was chosen for strength along
with bling factor.
A Bridgestone fan, the new wheel sets were shod
with an X31 front and X40 rear.
Flo was chosen for the pegs and their radiator
guard/braces.
A ZETA Racing billet aluminum bling kit including a
case saver dressed the remainder of the bike along
with 98% of the hardware. In fact, the only OE hard-
ware remaining on this build is the front axle nut
and rear axle!
As for the seat, Zach knows the value of quality and
topped off his cool build with a Seat Concepts Race
2.0 in black on black.
With the bike now complete, plans are for it to re-
main a showpiece in his shop for a few months then
it will be subjected to the wolves at New England
NETRA and JDay Offroad events. Awesome job Zach,
