Determina on, perseverance, a strong work ethic,
and most importantly, a solid family unit are key
components to becoming a champion. Over the
years, there's been a handful of young racers that
we've interacted with that stood out and grabbed
our a en on. This month's feature rider, Tyler
Rocha, caught our eyes ten years ago at only eight
years old, when he was racing NETRA's Pee Wee
series.
Interes ngly enough, it was at a trials event that I
met Tyler Rocha and his parents, Bruce and Lynn.
At the me, electric motorcycles were a rare sight.
When I spo ed a li le kid clearing sec ons on an
OSET mini trials bike. It was clear the kid had skills,
and I soon struck up a conversa on with his dad. I'd
assumed the Rocha's were a trials family as off-road
enthusiasts seem to gravitate towards the same
disciplines, but this certainly was not the case here.
