With plenty of passing opportu- nities, the racers could easily swap positions, making for exciting bar banging racing action. When the green flag dropped on the Pro class, it was reigning series champion Johnny Girrior picking up where he left off last year. Gir- rior never fell out of first place and ended up going 1-1 in the Pro Class for the overall win. Reigning 125cc Pro Class Champion Kyle Hangos put in an impressive finish aboard his new KTM to shore up the sec- ond overall position. Similar to Girrior, Hangos never lost a position throughout the day. Meanwhile, Brendan Riordan showed no ill-effects from a broken femur suffered late last year as he shored up the final podium position, going 3-4. Ben Kelley put in an impres- sive ride (5-3) to earn fourth The extreme section is always a crowd favorite. Kyle Hangos went 2-2 in the pro class for second overall aboard his new KTM.
