to ride. If you like to zip through the woods on the gas on the pipe, the 250 really shines in this arena. It loves
fast ght stuff . Steep climbs must be handled more aggressively than the tractor-like power of the 300.
Both bikes proved to be incredibly durable and reliable. In total, we logged close to 1,000 miles between the
two bikes, with the 300 seeing a couple hundred more logged over the 250. A er 400 miles or so on the 300, we
swapped out the stock Michelin knobs for a set of Kenda Washougal II's that really shined once the terrain got
sloppy. In closing, for those who prefer to march to the beat of a diff erent drum and stand apart, the Beta's are a
great alterna ve for woods riders. They are easy to ride, confi dence-inspiring and reliable. Beta sure has done a
great job building their dealer network over the last few years so parts should never be an issue.
We're very impressed with the new Beta 2-Stroke Race Ready models. They're rugged, serious mounts that work
incredibly well right out of the crate!
