August 2025 9 thought and considera on for other popular North- eastern race organiza ons. This gives those die-hards who aren't interested in weekends off the ability to race almost every weekend. As for the Winchester event and my first me a end- ing a P27 event, I must say I was impressed on so many levels. Rolling into Winchester Speedpark, I was pleasantly greeted and con nued into the pits where I found Beau, Li le Beau, and the rest of my crew. The night before, P27 held a Stacyc kids race where Li le Beau got to bang bars with his buddies. Sunday morning's event kicked off with the Pee Wee classes, where my buddy Sco Kilton's 8 year old daughter, Lemy, raced and finished her very first race behind the bars of her Honda CRF50. Lemy rocked her race without toppling, and the look of pride across her sweet face was so cool. Lemy later said that it was the best weekend of her life! I spent a good part of the day mingling with the spectators, catching up with race friends and just generally kissing hands and shaking babies. To sum it up, between the bright blue skies and cool people, it was a spectacular day. As for my man Beau, he's taken to the new Beta 450 RC as if it were created specifically for him. As of this wri ng, we're now three races and three first places into ge ng familiar with the bike and the two have become fast friends in short order. To sum it up, we're excited about what P27 Offroad has to offer. With an upcoming P27 24- Hour event to be held at Hemond's MX Park in Minot, Maine, you can be sure we'll be covering more events in upcoming issues! -Kurt
