May/June 2014 11 stopping power. The front brake was firm and not squishy like Brembos can somemes be. Gearing is 13/50 and worked well across the board for us. As we menoned earlier, the torquey engine has a strong pull off the bot- tom and we only fiddled with the gearing (went to a 51 rear sprocket) to smooth out the slight gap between second and third gear. Much like the Husaberg, the Husq- varna uses a Polyamide (plasc) sub- frame. It's basically the same as the Husaberg in terms of geometry, flex and feel. Each of the four stroke models come stock with a fan to keep things cool when the trail ghtens up. We never heard it come on during our me with the bike. The Husqvar- nas also come fied with some sharp-looking, CNC machined, black anodized triple clamps. Overall the FE 350 is an outstanding enduro bike. It conquers a wide variety of terrain and is easy to ride. It handles about every situaon in style and isn't going to be a liming factor for the vast majority of riders.     A well rounded motor on the husqvarna 350 make it perfect for just about any terrain.
